Ingredients
- 7 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 6 Large Eggs
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 100 Grams of Sea Urchin Tongue
- Slices of Brioche Bread
- 4 Grams of Osetra Caviar
- 1 Cup of chopped Chives
Instructions
- Grab a medium or large non-stick pan and place over low heat
- Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of butter to pan and let it simmer
- Add your eggs and leftover butter to pan
- Stir the eggs allowing them to cook until desired consistency is obtained
- Season with salt and pepper, to taste and remove from pan
- Grab Brioche slices and toast them
- Place scrambled eggs on top of brioche
- Garnish sea urchin on top of eggs. 9. Serve with chives and Osetra Kaluga Caviar garnished on top and enjoy!
